The role

Engineer #1, owning the product surface end to end: the retrieval grounding, the tool-calling layer, the eval infrastructure that PROVES each answer is correct against a messy third-party PMS API, and the escalation logic for when a human takes over. Getting the AI from 95% to 99% correct — where a wrong rate or availability date costs a hotel money and trust. Python and backend by default; sit with customers, learn how a front desk works at 11pm Friday, and turn that into technical decisions.
